- Renew ISO 9001-2013 certification for the fiscal year 2025-26.
- Achieve 100% tax collection for the fiscal year 2025-26.
- Complete all development projects for the fiscal year 2025-26 within the stipulated time frame and 100% completion.
- Provide services to the public in accordance with the citizens' rights documentation.
- Ensure timely processing of welfare pensions.
- Maintain complete sanitation status.
- Ensure public participation in development activities.
